Our Dental Savings Plan is designed to provide maximum value for your dental care needs. It offers:
- Unlimited exams
- Necessary X-rays with exams
- Annual oral cancer screening
Discounts include:
- 10% off preventative care, fillings, crowns, implants, bridges and extractions
- 35% off dentures and partials (excludes repairs, realigns and rebase)
- 5% off Invisalign® clear braces and orthodontic services
- 20% off crowns and implants*
*when paid in full with cash, check or personal credit card at treatment planning or start
Additional benefits include:
- $99 basic cleaning and periodontal maintenance
- $175 scaling and root planing (SRP) per quadrant
Annual membership fee:
- $99 one-time payment
